How do I place an order?
Orders are initiated over the phone, email our website on the ‘contact us’ page. We are here to do business the way you prefer so if you don’t have time to receive phone calls then we will only contact you via email. On the other hand, if you don’t use email we will happily take your order over the phone.
When do I receive my invoice?
Invoices are sent to your chosen email or postal address on around the same day your order is due for delivery. If you have received your order but no invoice please contact your account manager or our accounts department to have it resent.
How do I pay for my order?
Our bank details can be found on our invoice if you wish to pay via EFT or direct deposit. We also accept cheques, money orders and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders take 1-2 business days to deliver to metro areas in Australia. Out of metro areas normally take 2-4 business days. Deltone Solutions can also deliver to remote areas however some remote delivery addresses will not be serviced door-to-door. In these cases, the couriers will deliver to a local depot or Australia Post office and the customer will be contacted to collect from there.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Deltone Solutions deliveries will be made via a national courier network, Australia Post eParcel service, or regular mail. If nobody is there to sign at the time of delivery, your order may be taken to a local depot or post office. A calling card will be left at the delivery address, containing all relevant contact details. Re-deliveries cannot be made where a delivery has been attempted and your item has been taken to the nearest post office or postal outlet.
Will my whole order arrive in one delivery?
Yes, in most cases your whole order will be sent together. There are times when items are sent from different locations and therefore will arrive at different times. Printer hardware or promotional items are generally sent from a separate warehouse from the cartridges and will sometimes be delayed up to one week.
Do Deltone Solutions supply genuine (OEM) cartridges?
Yes, Deltone Solutions supply a vast range of printer cartridges from brand new compatibles to genuine equipment. Whatever you need, Deltone Solutions can supply you.
